The rules of the 1xBet Agent Program. By applying to a country desk you accept what follows.

1. Nature of the partnership

The 1xBet Agent Program is a marketing partnership. The agent brings new players to 1xBet via Telegram, social channels, websites, contact lists or word of mouth. The platform pays the agent a share of net revenue generated by referred accounts. There is no employment relationship and no fixed wage.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Active Telegram account on a personal phone number.
• A traffic source you control or operate.
• Capacity to provide basic chat support to your players.

3. Commission structure

The agent earns a commission on every successful transaction made for referred players — up to 8% on deposits and 2% on withdrawals. The deposit rate depends on the country desk:

• India: 8% on deposits, 2% on withdrawals.
• Indonesia: 7% on deposits, 2% on withdrawals.
• Malaysia: 6% on deposits, 2% on withdrawals.
• Vietnam: 5% on deposits, 2% on withdrawals.

There is no monthly quota and no profit cap. Commission is calculated on every transaction and credited to the agent's working balance at the beginning of every month.

4. Working balance and payouts

• To operate, the agent maintains a minimum working balance used to process player transactions: India INR 5,000 · Malaysia MYR 220 · Indonesia IDR 900,000 · Vietnam VND 1,325,000 · or 50 USD equivalent. The full amount stays the agent's own balance — it is not a fee.
• Commission is credited to the agent's balance at the beginning of each month, in the country's local currency or USDT TRC-20.
• The agent is responsible for any local tax obligations on the commission received.

5. Traffic the program accepts

• Telegram channels and groups
• Social pages (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
• YouTube content
• Owned websites and blogs
• Contact lists with explicit opt-in
• Paid traffic on FB / Google / TikTok — with prior heads-up to the manager so brand keywords do not collide with in-house campaigns

6. Prohibited traffic

• Bot traffic and any auto-clicking source.
• Incentive traffic that pays the user to register or deposit.
• Fake accounts, duplicate registrations, identity fraud.
• Creatives targeting under-18 audiences.
• Trademark abuse — bidding on "1xBet" brand keywords in paid search without written permission.

Detected violations result in commission claw-back for the affected players and may trigger account termination.

7. Termination

Either side can close the partnership at any time via Telegram message. Outstanding commission is paid on the next normal settlement cycle, subject to a 30-day hold for player charge-back review. After termination, the agent must remove all referral links and 1xBet promotional materials from their channels within 7 days.

8. Disclaimers

1xBet operates under a Curaçao 8048/JAZ master licence. The platform accepts players from countries where local rules allow. Players carry their own legal responsibility for participation in betting under their jurisdiction. The agent does not provide gambling services and is not responsible for player losses.

9. Limitation of liability

The program is provided as-is. Maximum aggregate liability of the operator to any agent is limited to commission earned and unpaid at the moment of dispute.

10. Governing law and disputes

The program is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the Telegram chat are referred to the affiliate operator's arbitration desk; contact agents@1xbet-partner.com.

11. Changes to these terms

Material changes — commission structure, payout rules, prohibited traffic list — get a heads-up via Telegram with a minimum 14 days' notice. The current version always sits at this URL.
